You will be picked-up by our representative from your designated hotel in Kyoto City area and transferred to Kyoto Station, our representative will welcome you at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure.

Station pick-up to city center hotel.

Our driver will pick you up at the designated Hotel in central Osaka and drive you to Kansai International Airport.

Flight change policy (Flexible)

If flight number is changed and / or cancelled but you need to re-arrange for new filght, please immediately inform us accordingly with original booking number and new flight number. We will re-arrange shuttle transfer service without additional fee.

REMARKS 

Free (under 2 years old not occupying seat) Pick up about 3.5 - 4.5 hours prior to flight departure time at hotel. Service is only available for accommodations where you will be staying in Central Tokyo and Maihama Area.If you would like to specify other location as pickup point, please use Private Transfer Service.

This is a shared transfer service. There may be waiting time for other passengers and multiple stops on route.If you have sky, snowboard, golf bag and cardboard, please notify us in advance.If you are travelling with a service dog, please notify us in advance.Child seat is not available.

There are hotels that are out of pick up/drop off area. You will be noted within 7 days on receipt of booking should hotel is located outside the service area.
